Rob oversees the Project Management Department toward all new customer and MACD service accounts, from order inception through to service activation and beyond. This includes our very unique Service Help Desk, which assists each of our customers on a myriad of service related solutions. His background of over 15 years serving as an IT or Telephony Services Director helps to bring each order to fulfillment by understanding each aspect of your Project. He and his group of telecom experts will work with you, also acting as a coordination liaison with telecommunications Carriers and Vendors throughout the scheduling of each Project installation milestone. This is a vital process in ensuring overall success toward a smooth installation or transition of telephony/Internet services. Rob is also an avid writer, & musician.
