Amy Carter was born into a “Bell”  family……mother, brothers, aunts, uncles and many cousins all worked for the Telephone Company.  She has 35 years in the telecom business, primarily on the operations side of the business.  She is very customer focused and has an eye for details.  Interestingly enough, Amy has supported PSI-Net for many years while working for TelePacific, now she is finally part of PSI family.

Born in East Los Angeles, Amy grew up here in So Cal.  She has been happily married to her husband Ken for over 17 years now. They have one son Jonathan who is married to Morgan, they have two beautiful boys: Bennett 3 and Ryan 1.  After waiting for grandkids for many years, these little guys have truly stolen Grandma’s heart.  Let the spoiling begin!!  Last but not least, Amy also has an miniature American eskimo (who is quite large), his name is Bear.  He hails from the city of Big Bear.  She enjoys college football (go Cal Bears), cooking and gardening.

Cathe Shandle is PSI’s channel manager responsible for recruiting and nurturing our team of premier agents. Cathe brings over 18 years of experience to the PSI team. Before joining the PSI Network, Cathe was channel manager for Equiinet a VOIP solutions company where she was responsible for building the agent channel in Southern California. Cathe Shandle started her career in telecommunications with AT&T and then worked her way from from sales to Management at Nextlink-XO Communications. She also has direct experience working with Cox and TelePacific.

Cathe is passionate about the technology industry and enjoys going above and beyond for her team as well as PSI partners and customers. Service-People-Integrity are important to her, which made PSI a perfect fit. Cathe offers a unique, boutique sales approach that customers and her agent partners enjoy. With her experience complemented by PSI’s accomplished team of experts, Cathe is being able to offer consultation on a wide-range of technology solutions. However, her sweet spot is in hosted telephony and out-of-the-box solutions.

Cathe was Born in Clinton, Oklahoma to a military family and as a result moved around a bit – but not too much. Cathe spent 32 years of her life in Las Vegas. Always wanting to live near the ocean, Cathe decided to relocate to sunny Southern California last December. She is the proud mother of two daughters, Jessica and Alyssa, and is looking forward to both starting families of their own some time in the near future. In her spare, time you can find Cathe spending time with her family, doing Pilates, or relaxing at the beach or park with her favorite friend Bianca, a 2-year-old Shih Tzu.

Karen Robertson has 25+ years of telecommunications experience with a specialization in customer service and order implementation for California businesses and Government agencies. After retiring from AT&T in February 2012, Karen grew restless staying at home and decided to join the PSI Network team!

Karen was born and raised in Orange County – a 3rd-generation OC native – and has been happily married for more than 30 years. Her family includes two daughters, both married, and one granddaughter, Emily Jean, who is the love of her life.

When not working Karen enjoys the going to the beach, the river, traveling, and spending time with family and friends – although these days her travels are all to Texas to spend time with Emily!

Bundit has been providing technology solutions for over 15 yrs. With sales experience in Hardware/Software at Ingram Micro to IT Infrastructure service at Concentric Networks, XO, Savvis, Internap and Seapoint Technologies. Bundit brings extensive knowledge to the PSI family in Cloud, Infrastructure and Connectivity.

When he’s not working, Bundit enjoys spending time with his family and surfing.

Trent has been in technology sales and consulting for over 18 years with emphasis on business automation, business continuity and communications. His prior experiences include but not limited to telecommunications, information technology and big data analytics.

When not working, he enjoys being a husband and a father to his son. He finds balance in his life with his business by enjoying surf fishing, motorcycling, creating cuisines through his passion for cooking.

Trent also enjoys giving back to his communities by contributing to helping the homeless organizations and fostering mentorship to children in need.

Jason Stein joined PSI in 2014 as Director of Cloud Technologies. Jason has worked in technology and telecommunications for over 15 years with key experience at XO, Paetec, T-Mobile, TW Telecom, and Unitas Global. During his career he has built a comprehensive knowledge of hosting, voice, data, and cloud solutions, working with companies across all industries, regions, and sizes. He has become an expert Cloud trainer and researcher that can tailor his information to relevant audience: Master Agents, Sub-agents, VARs, MSPs or System Integrators. His background in coaching and sales coupled with his knowledge of the cloud makes him the perfect person to lead the PSI team into this new area of technology sales. With technology always changing — he acts as an informed, trusted advisor for his clients and trainees.

Born and raised in Southern California, Jason is a dedicated husband and massively proud father of two. A recovering high school multi-sport athlete, he loves all sports and is always involved in recreational leagues or coaching of one kind or another. He takes pride in the connections and relationships he has created in the SoCal community and is an active member of his church.

Jamie has been in telecom for 20 plus years and is the ultimate sales “hunter.” He joined forces with Steve Olsen back in 1995 as a sideline business. After 3 years he became a full-time PSI dedicated agent and has been leading the pack every since. His incredible work ethic, boundless energy coupled with his ability to prospect like no other are the trade marks of his success.

Jamie is happily married with 3 boys living in Southern California.  He is an avid guitarist and piano player with a love of rock and roll. Born and raised in Boston, he went to College in New Orleans at Tulane University.  He completed his MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Jamie’s Father was an Episcopalian Minister and he has nine brothers and sisters.

Jeannie joined the PSI family in 2011. She is a beautiful and funny person that loves what she does. She has worked in telecommunications for over 12 years with TelePacific & XO Communications. She known for the amazing TLC she shows every customer large or small.

While Jeannie was born here in So Cal her parents are from Ecuador and she is fluent Spanish. She a proud, hard working single mother of a 19 year college student with aspirations of entering the medical field. She is a person of faith, with a love for the outdoors and living a happy & healthy lifestyle.

Lisa was born in Texas and has three wonderful children. Her passions include boating, travel, gardening, shooting and volunteer work caring for exotic felines at Wildcat Zoo near Lancaster, CA. Although Lisa is a licensed Realtor, her career has evolved to helping businesses reduce operating costs. Lisa has been affiliated with PSI Network, Inc. since 2011.

Curt was born in Seattle, WA, but has spent the majority of his life in Southern California earning a bachelors degree at UC Irvine. Upon graduation, he started his career as service manager for a large dictation system dealer. He became involved in telecommunications in the late ’80’s as a business owner and has continued until present partnering with PSI Network, Inc. for the last 13 years.

Curt has two children of whom both have earned their college degrees in Engineering. Curt’s passions include playing guitar in a band, gardening, photography and travel to Hawaii.
